HOST ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE:

Table Space
The Host Organization will provide each participating Non-profit Organization a table to display materials related to their mission and volunteer opportunities.

Shopping List
The Host Organization will provide a shopping list to all shoppers, listing each participating Non-profit Organization and their selected gift items.

Gift Card, Card Insert, and Envelope
The Host Organization will provide, to all shoppers, a gift card, card insert, and envelope describing the specific gift items purchased.

Advertising for the Fair
The Host Organization, in conjunction with the participating Non-profit Organizations, will advertise the Gifts That Give Hope fair through flyers, websites, e-mails, social media, press releases and other media venues.

Distribution of Checks to Participating Non-Profits
The Host Organization and/or fiscal sponsor will collect donations via the shopping list and issue timely distribution of checks to the participating Non-profit Organizations for donations received through a Gift That Give Hope fair.

PARTICIPATING NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AGREES TO:

Submit an Application
The participating Non-Profit Organization agrees to submit an application to an individual Gifts That Give Hope fair according to the established criteria and timelines. Each Host Organization, in order to highlight their unique fair, may have additional criteria to participate in a fair. If the Host Organization decides to have additional criteria, these guidelines are located above the non-profit online application page and the participating Non-profit Organization agrees to read and follow these guidelines.

Provide a Representative
The participating Non-Profit Organization agrees to have a representative present and available to talk to the shoppers during the entire Gifts That Give Hope fair. This representative should be intimately acquainted with the Non-profit Organization they are representing and needs to fully understand the mission and vision of that organization. The representative should be able to engage the shoppers in learning more about the participating Non-profit Organization.

Advertising for the Fair
The participating Non-profit Organization agrees to help the Host Organization advertise the fair to the public through flyers, e-mails, calendars, newsletters, social media, as well as adding a link about the fair on the participating Non-profit Organization's website.

Use Revenue for Purposes Stated
The participating Non-profit Organization agrees to use the revenue generated through a Gifts That Give Hope fair for the purposes stated on the Shopping List and not for general organizational operating expenses.

Other Service Fees
The participating Non-profit Organization agrees to other fees that the Host Organization may set forth. Some Host Organizations may charge a nominal fee to participate in a Gifts That Give Hope fair. Also, they may reserves the right to retain up to a 10% from the revenue generated from the shopping list to cover the expenses of hosting a fair. If the Host Organization decides to implement any of these fees, they will be further described in the "Fair Criteria" document located above the online non-profit application.
