HOST ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE:

Table Space
Each nonprofit organization will be supplied a table to display materials related to the non-profit's mission and volunteer opportunities.

Shopping List
A shopping list will be provided to all shoppers, listing each participating nonprofits and their selected gift items.

Mission Statement Guide
A mission statement guide will be provided to all shoppers, listing each participating non-profit organization's mission and website address.

Gift Cards, Card Inserts, and Envelopes
Gift cards, gift card inserts, and envelopes describing the specific gift item purchased will be provided to all shoppers.

Advertising for the Fair
Advertising for the Gifts That Give Hope fair through flyers, press releases and media will be done by the host organization.

Distribution of Checks to Non-Profits
Timely distribution of checks will be provided to non-profit organizations for donations received through a Gift That Give Hope fair.

PARTICIPATING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AGREES TO:

Submit an Application
Submit an application to a Gifts That Give Hope host organization according to the established criteria and timelines. Each host organization, in order to highlight their unique fair's guidelines and criteria, may have an additional document available to download. The participating non-profit agrees to read and follow these guidelines.

Provide a Representative
Have a representative present and available to talk to the shoppers during the entire Gifts That Give Hope fair.

Advertising for the Fair
Help the host organization in advertising the fair to the public through e-mails, newsletters and adding a link to the non-profit's website.

Use Revenue for Purposes Stated
Use the revenue generated through a Gifts That Give Hope fair for the purposes stated on the Shopping List and not for general organizational operating expenses. The host organization reserves the right to retain up to a 10% service fee from the revenue generated from the shopping list to cover the expenses of hosting a fair. The non-profit organization agrees to take this into consideration when selecting dollar amounts for the gift items used on the shopping list.
